Appointments

Choose the right starting point

Every appointment is one-to-one and delivered by video. If you are not sure which is right for you, start with an assessment or ask us first.

  1. 01

    Initial online physiotherapy assessment

A detailed first appointment to understand your symptoms, history, function and goals; complete an appropriate movement assessment; discuss the clinical picture; and agree a personalised plan. Your booking confirmation will state the appointment length, price and what happens afterwards.

  2. 02

    Follow-up rehabilitation appointment

A focused review of symptoms, technique and progress. Exercises and self-management advice are adapted as you improve, encounter barriers or work towards the next stage of recovery.

  3. 03

    Post-operative rehabilitation

Guided rehabilitation following an operation, delivered in line with your surgeon's or hospital team's precautions where required. Support may include mobility, range of movement, strengthening, confidence and a staged return to daily activity.

  4. 04

    Long-term pain and mobility support

A collaborative programme for people living with persistent pain, stiffness or reduced function. The focus may include graded movement, strength, pacing, confidence, daily habits and practical self-management.

  5. 05

    Movement and posture review

An assessment of symptoms linked with work, study, repeated tasks or sustained positions, followed by practical changes and a movement programme. The aim is comfortable, varied movement — not a promise of one perfect posture.

Appointment duration, pricing, package terms and the cancellation window are confirmed at the point of booking, along with how payment is handled for international clients.

What we can support

Conditions and rehabilitation needs

The examples below describe common reasons people seek physiotherapy. Online suitability depends on your symptoms, health history, location and the type of assessment or treatment you need.

What is included

More than an appointment

  • A clinical conversation

Time to explain your symptoms, concerns, history and priorities.

  • An appropriate movement assessment

Guided observation of relevant movements and tasks within the limits of video care.

  • A personalised plan

Exercises, education and practical strategies selected for your presentation and goals.

  • Technique coaching

Live feedback so you can practise with greater confidence.

  • Progress markers

Clear signs to monitor between appointments, based on function as well as symptoms.

  • Safety-net advice

Guidance on what to do if symptoms worsen or new concerns develop.

The process

What happens after you book

  1. 1

    Complete your intake information

Tell us where you will be during the appointment, what you need help with and any relevant medical or safety information.

  2. 2

    Prepare your space

Choose a private, well-lit area with room to move safely and position your camera so your physiotherapist can see you clearly.

  3. 3

    Attend the assessment

Discuss your symptoms and goals, complete suitable movements and ask questions.

  4. 4

Start your plan and review progress

Follow the agreed programme and use the safety guidance provided. Book follow-up care if recommended so the programme can be adjusted as you recover.

Clinical boundaries

The right care may be online, in person or medical

A video appointment cannot reproduce every part of a face-to-face physical examination. Revive Pain Clinic may recommend local medical or in-person assessment if there are warning signs, significant trauma, rapidly worsening symptoms, concerns about circulation or nerve function, an unclear diagnosis that changes management, a need for hands-on testing, or a level of risk that cannot be managed remotely.

If your needs fall outside the clinician's scope of practice, you will be directed towards a more appropriate professional or service.

Next step

Let us help you find the right next step

Book an online physiotherapy assessment, or contact Revive Pain Clinic if you are unsure whether your symptoms are suitable for remote care.

Your goals. Your space. Your pace.

Appointments are available worldwide, subject to clinical suitability, local requirements and professional cover.
